Diary Entry

3.17 am I haven't gone to bed yet after having my nap earlier this evening. I've been making candles and trying to study some. Now I'm shattered and the candles aren't finished. I'll have to get up and do them before I go to the shop tomorrow afternoon because I need to get them posted tomorrow!

So I guess it's off to bed now, and I'll have to see if Simon is a cuddler or a sulker tonight.

9.10 am I have to say he was half and half. He didn't crawl to the far edge of the bed, but he wasn't cuddly either. He says he doesn't feel very well again. That would probably explain why he wouldn't get out of bed this morning. He was going to let me sleep in since I was up until 3.30 studying, but I had to get the boys ready for school since Simon wouldn't move. Ricky started complaining about his tummy hurting so he's home today. I hope there isn't another bug going around. I had to write my essays last week with a nasty cough and cold, so the last thing I need while taking my exam on Thursday is a stomach bug!

1.50 pm UK Radio Aid is today, and I tried to win free flights for a year by donating money to disaster relief by text message, but I didn't get them. Now I'm trying to win something to do with Paris. As long as it isn't Paris Hilton, I don't care because I'm just donating the money to help out. I received payment for that ebay charity auction this morning, and I've already paid that to tsumani relief as well. I saw on the news that the death toll has passed 175,000.

I'm making my second attempt to get to the library tonight to study. Simon checked the water in my car before I left to come to work, and there was hardly any in it, so it must have had a lot of air in the system.

There's a gas leak outside the shop. I hope it doesn't gas me to death. That wouldn't be very nice.

11.42 pm I just spent three hours in the library trying to study. I did get quite a lot done, but I would have managed a lot more if it hadn't been for the idiot girl sitting at the desk near mine. She was obviously there with her boyfriend because she kept trying to cuddle up to the guy next to her, only he wasn't very impressed. He's a law student. I could tell from the books he was bringing back with him from the shelves. She would retaliate for not being the centre of attention by playing video games on her mobile (tap tap tap tap tap) and turning the volume up on her CD player. She would throw things around her desk, then try to act like she was studying, only to start ripping up paper and making as much noise as possible. I would have moved, but there seemed to be similar idiots all over the library! Even the silent study room was full of people who were carrying on conversations and dashing in and out every time their mobile rang.

While I was gone, my mum phoned, so I rang her back. She said my dad wanted her to check up on me. Neither one of us has a clue why because my dad and I have exchanged a few emails over the weekend. I think it might have been so I could speak to Erin while she was there, but by the time I phoned back she had gone. Only Regan was there, and she's poorly again. Poor little thing, she has had it rough in her less than two years.

Since I wasn't in, Erin finally sent me an email. I know her computer at home is almost always broken, so she used to email me from the parents' house when she would go see them. Since she had Regan, she hasn't had as much time for that either. I understand though, being a mum of four. She said Chase has been diagnosed by his psychologist as stressed, depressed and anxious. I didn't even know he was seeing a psychologist.
