Idiots of the Week

I decided to start posting who I believe is the Idiot of the Week because I can't count the number of times I have read a news article or seen a news item on the television about a person that made me think, "What a complete and utter idiot!"

Only when I sat down this morning to decide who my Idiot of the Week is, I found three who not only made good candidates, they made me think "What a complete and utter idiot!" So instead, I have the Idiots of the Week.

David Beckham earned the number 3 spot just because I'm sure there will be times in the future where he makes frequent visits to the Idiots list. Prince Harry was second because, although his is such a glaringly obvious gaffe, he is young and has time to improve.

Sir Mark Thatcher, on the other hand, is old enough to know better. Not only that, but he admitted that his business deal sounded fishy, but didn't stop to either check it out or withdraw his funding. In other words, he most likely knew what was going on and turned a blind eye to it, but would rather sound like a total plank than admit his guilt.

I can't wait to see who tops this next week.
