A Truly Global Market in One Location
I'm crushed. I had my wonderful trip to IKEA yesterday so I could buy some of those great Swedish products.
My curtains and quilt cover were made in Bangladesh.
My baking sheet was made in Great Britain.
My pots, curtain rod and notebooks were made in the People's Republic of China.
My chest of drawers was made in Bulgaria.
My bag was made in Viet Nam.
Even the bedroom furniture I bought last year was made in Denmark.
But all is not lost! My ginger biscuits and cinnamon rolls were baked in Sweden! The hot dogs were made there, too! I can have a bit of Swedish culture after all.
