Tuesday Weigh In Disappointment
All that walking and dieting last week, and I put on half a pound. I'm going to have to see where I'm going wrong, though my Weight Watchers leader said it could just be because it's "that time of the month". *sigh*

Oh Mel, I worked for WW years ago, they're not always right you know. It's the carbs mate. Cut them down & the weight will melt away. Trust me I'm a serial dieter ;-)
If it is that time of the month, then you'll be getting some great results in a few days.
Thanks, guys! I'm sure it's just one of those things. This week isn't off to a great start. I'm not eating at all, not for diet reasons though -- I've picked up a stomach virus! :-(
