Yeah Right!

I went for a walk in the Staffordshire countryside today, following my Ordnance Survey map and a guidebook. Before I left home, I read the instructions in the guide book, and it kept mentioning going through "squeeze stiles". I've been through and over all kinds of stiles, so I figured this one would be no harder than any of the others.

Then I saw it:

Yeah, like I can get my fat ass through that!

Thank goodness my ass is shrinking!

I might put Simon on Weight Watchers now!

I keep trying to feed him healthier low fat foods, but then he goes and orders a doner kebab pizza and garlic bread with cheese and scoffs them down! LMAO

My ex-fil, who, when once fed some fat-free brownies, slathered them with tons of butter, and said, "You know, these aren't half bad when you put some butter on them."

I can't even stomach the idea of eating fatty foods now. I think if I tried to eat something really greasy and full of fat, I'd chuck it back up again because my body wouldn't know what to do with it!

I gave in when we went to Matlock Bath on Wednesday and ate a small portion of proper chips from a fish and chip shop (you can't go to Matlock Bath and not eat chips, though I resisted eating the fish -- those are the best inland fish and chips in the country), but they weren't greasy and tasted lovely! I'd just done four hours of hill walking, so I think I earned the right to a portion of chips. LOL

I almost can't eat pork any more, just because of the smell of the fat. Bleargh!

I've never been big on pork anyway, and I've never managed to get used to English pork sausages. Now that I'm on this diet, I've found some vegetarian sausages that are delicious though! Even Simon and the kids like them, so I'm trying to cut back on their fat intake by substituting things like these sausages, low fat oven chips, etc. Simon still has the use of the phone, however, so he managed to order that greasy pizza! LMAO
