Tuesday Weigh In -- Back on Track!

What a relief! All that hard exercise last week and I've lost two more pounds. I'm happy with that because it means the steady weight loss gives me a greater chance of keeping it all off!

I'm trying, I'm trying! LOL I haven't been jogging the past couple of days because my knees have been in agony (I've always had wimpy knees), but the past two days I've done quite a bit of walking, including uphill yesterday. In the past when I've walked up that same hill, I've had to stop a couple of times, but this time I did great! :-)
