I'm Having Fun Cooking ...

... and I've become addicted to this!

Prawn Stir Fry

125g ready to eat cocktail prawns (the little ones)
300g Amoy Straight to Wok Noodles (or other egg noodles)
4T Soy Sauce
1 small onion
1 green pepper
as many sliced mushrooms as you want

Stir fry the onion, pepper and mushrooms until tender, using a bit of water to keep them from sticking to the wok. Add the prawns & soy sauce and cook until hot, then the noodles and cook until those are hot too.

Yum! Serves 2, and each serving is only 4.5 points on Weight Watchers!
