Boxing Day Plans
Everyone keep their fingers crossed that the weather in Derbyshire is at least clear and dry on Boxing Day. (For those reading who don't know when Boxing Day is, it's the day after Christmas.) Rather than sit at home eating left over turkey and watching rubbish on the telly, I'm hoping to make it to the Peak District for a walk up somewhere ambitious. Kinder Scout is my first choice.
I haven't told Simon my plan yet, and I'm going to try to convince/coerce him into going. Failing that, I'll have to drag Braden with me. I don't think he'll bat an eyelash, seeing as how he's the one who ran up Mam Tor. And if I can't drag Braden, then I'll have to use the timer setting on my camera to prove that I was there.
