Idiot of the Week -- Posh
Can this woman become any more vain than she already is? According to news reports, Victoria "Posh Spice" Beckham, wife of a previous (and probably future) of my Idiots of the Week, has booked the entire floor of a Madrid hospital in order to give birth. According to Sky News, ""She and David told the hospital that they didn't want any other mums to be present so the birth could be completely private ..."
The hospital in question told the vain and self-centred couple that even the Spanish royal family does not receive such preferential treatment. Good for them!
But money talks. The Beckhams got their way. For £150,000, the floor is theirs, and the hospital will have to shift other mums who are experiencing their joyful arrivals to other places. Shame on them!
Why does Victoria think that she's more special than anyone else? In my eyes, she's no different to any other pregnant mum, except in my opinion, other mums don't see their babies as fashion accessories or tools to end rumours of an ailing marriage.

Really! What are these people thinking with all there holier than thou poopola? If they want to be "alone", why don't they just have a home birth?
Just goes to show that money does not equal brains.
At least the future success of your Idiot of the Week feature is secured with these two idiots procreating...
Raida, this is a couple most definitely NOT known for their brains! She can't have a home birth because she is "too posh to push" and always schedules her caesarians well in advance. That just shows how important childbirth is to her. I wouldn't have traded having my babies for anything, though if I had had to have a C-section for medical reasons, I would have most definitely agreed.
Jenni, I hope it's just a case of Posh and Becks having the smart gene skip a generation. I hate to think of another generation like them!
Doesn't this just make you think: "Some people should not be allowed to breed"?
Michael Jackson springs to mind ... His poor kids!
